  • Is shipping free?

    For domestic orders, yes shipping is free. For international orders we charge a flat rate shipping fee. There may be a processing fee associated with your order depending on your method of payment. Be sure to check with your payment provider prior to placing your order. We do not charge additional processing fee’s though. Also, make sure to double check as some of our products might incur shipping added in.

  • I want to learn more about the endocannabinoid system

    The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is a group of cannabinoid receptors located in the brain and throughout the central and peripheral nervous systems, consisting of neuromodulator lipids and their receptors. There are two main types of receptors in the ECS, CB1, and CB2. CB1 receptors are primarily located in the central nervous system and brains of mammals, and CB2 are generally found in the peripheral nervous system. There are two main cannabinoids mammals produce- 2AG and Anandamide.

  • What kind of testing do you do to ensure quality?

    Each batch of our CBD is third-party lab tested and guaranteed to be free of contaminants

    like heavy metals, bacteria, microbial life, mycotoxins and pesticides. To further ensure quality and purity, all our products are made inside of an FDA registered and inspected GMP Certified facility

  • Do your products contain THC?

    0% THC. All our CBD products do not contain any THC and you can view the potency of our CBD by viewing our third-party lab test results by clicking here for the certificates of analysis. The only product that would contain any THC at the federally legal .3 would be a full spectrum, make sure to look which product you are selecting before checkout

  • Will it get me high?

    NO. They will not get you high. CBD is non-psychoactive, and our products contain zero THC.

  • What is CBD?

    CBD (or cannabidiol) is one of over 100 cannabinoids found in cannabis and hemp.

  • Will I fail a drug test if I use CBD?

    It depends on the testing standards of the lab administering your drug test. Most companies only search for the THC cannabinoid, which is the main psychoactive component of the marijuana plant. While TriGen products are THC free, there are some testing facilities that check for a spectrum of cannabinoids that could trigger a positive drug test. You can always contact the lab to verify what exactly will be tested.
